이 약관은 {{상호}}(이하 “회사”)가 제공하는 모바일 게임 「우당탕 난투」(이하 “서비스”)의 이용 조건과 절차, 회사와 이용자의 권리·의무를 정함을 목적으로 합니다.
회사는 이 약관을 앱 안에서 볼 수 있게 합니다. 약관을 변경할 때는 시행일 7일 전부터 알리며, 이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전부터 알립니다. 변경에 동의하지 않는 이용자는 이용계약을 해지할 수 있습니다.
이용계약은 이용자가 이 약관에 동의하고 앱을 실행하여 계정이 만들어진 때 성립합니다. 별도의 회원가입 절차는 없습니다.
서비스는 연중무휴 24시간 제공을 원칙으로 합니다. 다만 다음의 경우 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 중단할 수 있으며, 사전에 알리되 부득이한 경우 사후에 알립니다.
회사는 게임의 내용·수치·규칙을 변경할 수 있습니다. 게임의 균형을 위한 변경은 서비스의 성질상 예정된 것으로 봅니다.
서비스를 종료하는 경우 회사는 종료일 30일 전까지 앱 공지와 이 웹사이트를 통해 알리고, 관련 법령에 따라 미사용 유료 재화를 환불합니다.
이용자는 결제일로부터 7일 이내에 청약을 철회할 수 있습니다. 다만 다음의 경우에는 철회가 제한됩니다.
환불은 결제한 스토어를 통해 이루어집니다. 스토어의 환불 정책이 이 약관보다 이용자에게 유리한 경우 그 정책을 따릅니다.
미성년자가 법정대리인의 동의 없이 한 결제는 본인 또는 법정대리인이 취소할 수 있습니다.
이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
제10조를 위반한 경우 회사는 위반의 정도에 따라 경고 · 일시 정지 · 영구 정지의 조치를 할 수 있습니다. 조치를 받은 이용자는 support@ongslab.com 로 이의를 제기할 수 있으며, 회사는 접수일로부터 14일 이내에 답변합니다.
영구 정지된 계정의 미사용 유료 재화는 이용자의 귀책이 명백한 경우를 제외하고 환불합니다.
서비스에 포함된 그림·소리·프로그램 등의 저작권은 회사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 이용자가 입력한 닉네임 등에 대해 회사는 서비스 운영에 필요한 범위에서 사용할 수 있습니다.
이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따릅니다. 서비스 이용과 관련하여 분쟁이 발생한 경우 회사와 이용자는 성실히 협의하며, 협의가 이루어지지 않으면 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에 소를 제기할 수 있습니다.

There is no sign-up. An account is created from an identifier stored on your device when you first launch the game and accept these terms. If you reset your device or uninstall the app, you may lose access to your account. Accounts, currencies, and items may not be sold, transferred, or traded.
We may change the game's content, values, and rules, including for balance. If we shut the service down, we will give at least 30 days' notice here and in the app, and refund unused paid currency as required by law.
Purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play. We never store your card details. You may withdraw a purchase within 7 days, except where the item has already been used or its value has been materially reduced by use — for example, opening a box and seeing the result. Refunds are issued through the store you purchased from; if the store's policy is more favourable to you, that policy applies. Purchases made by a minor without a guardian's consent may be cancelled.
Modify the game, use a modified client or automation tools, place undue load on our servers, knowingly exploit bugs for gain, trade accounts or items for money, impersonate others, use abusive or hateful language, or copy our content without permission.
We may warn, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that break these rules, in proportion to the violation. You may appeal to support@ongslab.com and we will respond within 14 days. Unused paid currency in permanently banned accounts is refunded except where the violation is clearly the user's fault.
We are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our control, or by your own actions such as losing your device or resetting it. This does not limit our liability for our own wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
